Zumba Classes

Zumba is an exercise format involving dance moves with latin and international dance music.  It involves a variation of interval training.  The classes are fun and provide a good cardiovascular and muscular workout.

Class location and time
Day & Time: Saturday 9.30am-10.30am
Location: Bangunan FAB, Section 14 PJ

Outfit

• Comfortable clothes that are easy to move in and can handle sweat
• Dancewear 

Fees
Fee for the class is RM80 per month
Drop in rate is RM30 per class
Upon signing up there is a registration fee of RM25 and One months Fee.

Trial Class
You may come for one trial class at RM15.
