Student management SystemDear Teacher,
We are migrating our student enrollment and billing system to the Internet. The system will manage enrollment, attendance taking and billing. Please download the app to check your upcoming classes and mark your student's attendance. Search for AOneSchools in the Google PlayStore or Apple AppStore and install the app. Your login name is your handphone number. Your PIN will be sent to you. You may change it at the Admin office counter or Whatsapp us at +60379573413 from your registered telephone number. If there are any errors in the student enrollment etc please inform the admin office. We are not using the replacement class and payroll options for the time being. Receipts The system will issue receipts for payments made for classes. For the month of August, paper receipts will still be issued. Starting from the 1st of Sept 2019 the receipts will be generated electronically and can be seen in the app instantly and sent to your email address if you have supplied it. A temporary receipt may be issued if there are problems with the system. A permanent receipt will be issued the following day. Manual receipts may still be issued in some circumstances. 1) Rental of studios 2)Any charge which does not incur SST.
