Dance, gymnastics, athletics, swimming …. All these activities require strong technique and a flexible body. These conditioning exercises will help build endurance, balance, agility and coordination while strengthening the whole body.

The Teacher

Cyn Dee Too is a Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD). Her dance and teaching skills include Ballet, Modern Theatre, Jazz and Lyrical. She has also completed an intensive workshop in the Progressing Ballet Technique Junior, Senior and Advanced Programs. In addition, she has also done Pilates for over 10 years.

For monthly students, upon signing up there is a registration fee of RM25, One months Fee and One months deposit to pay.
