Student Management System
We are migrating our student enrollment and billing system to the Internet. The system will manage enrollment, attendance taking, billing and receipts. The system will be implemented initially for our HQ in Section 14 PJ.
You will be able to

👉 View your child's attendance
👉 View your child's progress reports (If entered by the teacher)
👉View outstanding fees
👉View receipts for payments made
👉Receive announcements from the school
Please download the app to view your child's attendance, see their schedule, check your fees status and receive your receipts.
You can access the system from an app on your Apple or Android Smartphone or Tablet.

Login ID and Password
Your login id is your handphone number. The default password is 123. You may change it at the Admin office counter or Whatsapp 016-3388831 from your registered telephone number.
The system will issue receipts for payments made for classes. The receipt will be available instantly in the app on your mobile phone and emailed to your email address, if you have provided one, once the payment has been registered.
For the month of August and September 2019, paper receipts will still be issued. We are expecting that starting from the 1st of Oct 2019, the receipts will be fully online.
Manual receipts will still be issued in some circumstances.

2) Any charge which does not incur SST
3) Purchase of ballet wear
A temporary receipt may be issued if there are problems with the system. A permanent receipt will be issued the following day. Please ensure that you do receive it.
